Many nurses feel unsure about beginning a portfolio. However, most say that once they begin the process and engage with a facilitator or group to refl ect on their practice, they fi nd it enjoyable and benefi cial. The majority of nurses are proud of the learning they have achieved once they have completed their portfolio.
