Dear Reader,

How to find a common denominator in a handbook with more than 85 authors from approximately 20 countries?

Despite the highly appreciated diversity of styles, methods, and approaches, there still is one thing all authors have in common: a passion for people. All authors believe that with a humanistic HR management both people and business win:

All articles in this book are based on real-life experiences of the authors. The book contains:
